Misplaced the keys to my safe and called numerous locksmiths in my area who only seemed to have serviced auto related locks. Frustrated, I looked outside of my area in LaFollette and expanded my search to include Knoxville, where The Locksmith Company was the highest recommended with the most positive ratings. Offering quite a variety of services, and add the convenience of him being mobile, and I without a doubt found myself a winner! I sent over a few pictures of the lock on my safe and he was immediately on his way to my area to assist! Although he didn’t have a blank on hand in the van to fit my particular safe, he unlocked my safe so I could gain access to some documents inside that were crucially needed and went above and beyond and ordered the right replacement keys too! Very fast and professional. Will hire again if needed and will definitely recommend to anyone needing locksmith services!

We met Doug at a previous location where our friends were having work done on there safe and we were highly impressed on how professionally the work was being performed , so we decided at that moment we needed a new lock system put on our safe. The Locksmith Company was recommended to me by my in-laws who needed a large gun safe digital lock replaced. I only have a small safe that I had purchased 38 years ago for passports, deeds, and our will. Our lock had a combination and a key but I had lost the combination and the paperwork for the safe. Doug Hutchison who owns and operates the company had me send pictures of the safe with the name of the safe company, the model #, and a few other details so he could price the job for me. The price was reasonable and he had no problem finding the combination. He even made me a couple of spare keys. I highly recommend The Locksmith Company to anyone who needs a professional to handle a safe.

I needed to have a safe opened. Doug gave me very detailed pricing scenarios via email and I scheduled an appt. He was on time and got the safe opened and repaired within an hour and a half. Final bill was exactly as expected. I would definitely use him again.

I called "The Locksmith Company" today. They were prompt to respond and offered me a next am appointment; which was fine. In an hour or so, they contacted me and offered me an appointment in about an hour due to a cancellation. They were professional. Courteous. The cost was certainly fair. They quickly fixed a problem that I have had for over a year. In fact I've had that other "lock & safe" company out 2 times and they couldnt fix it (but they still charged me for the service calls). From now on--"The Locksmith Company" will be my first choice! By the way-they did not ask me to leave a review. I was given no incentive to leave this feedback. I actually was so happy with the service that I told them before they left, that I would leave them a review.

The Locksmith Company (Doug) is awesome! My cousin died and my Aunt did not have the combination to the safe where her insurance papers were. Doug came quickly and opened the safe for her. He does an awesome job and he puts another lock on the safe if you want one. Very neatly done and he is so friendly and professional! Definitely will use him again. And if you need any type of safe opened this is your company!
