The Locksmith Company is very professional. I needed some locks rekeyed in a hurry at my business. Doug came out on a Saturday to take care of it. I was impressed that he took the time to lubricate the mechanism. In the past I had not experienced that with other locksmiths. He was very communicative on when he would arrive, was fast and efficient in rekeying the locks and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend his company.

Call on a Saturday for an emergency which he delightfully called back. Set up a date and time with him, and unfortunately, I couldn’t show the first time due to a funeral. But when I got back and rescheduled, he was very responsive. Love this guy, he’s Amazing and had a lot of personality. I’m referring him to everyone. I know to be honest with you. It really was a enjoyable stress time trying to get that safe unlocked… And he did it with ease

A friend recommended Doug with the locksmith company. I had him replace exterior locks that needed replaced and re keyed to fit all our doors at my house and my dad’s house. Very professional, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. Provided very good advice and cost effective. A true craftsman!

We met Doug at a previous location where our friends were having work done on there safe and we were highly impressed on how professionally the work was being performed , so we decided at that moment we needed a new lock system put on our safe. The Locksmith Company was recommended to me by my in-laws who needed a large gun safe digital lock replaced. I only have a small safe that I had purchased 38 years ago for passports, deeds, and our will. Our lock had a combination and a key but I had lost the combination and the paperwork for the safe. Doug Hutchison who owns and operates the company had me send pictures of the safe with the name of the safe company, the model #, and a few other details so he could price the job for me. The price was reasonable and he had no problem finding the combination. He even made me a couple of spare keys. I highly recommend The Locksmith Company to anyone who needs a professional to handle a safe.
